Our Approach

  • Personalised Career Guidance: Our experienced career advisors work with each student to identify their strengths, interests and goals. We help them explore different career paths and develop a plan for achieving their ambitions.

  • Work Experience Placements: We partner with a network of local businesses and organisations to provide valuable work experience placements. These placements give students the chance to gain real-world skills and experience, build confidence and make informed decisions about their future.

  • Careers Fair 2025: Our students will be accompanied to any relevant career events in their local area.

For our 16+ students, we offer career guidance and work skills development as part of our curriculum, so students can feel confident and prepared when taking their next steps following education. We believe that it’s important for students to prepare for their futures and develop the skills they need to be confident, happy and independent.
